Organizational Readiness and Benchmarking

PDF Print E-mail

Choosing and implementing health measures is by no means an easy task and different companies show different levels of maturity in their health management efforts. By measuring your organizational readiness or maturity, you will be able to identify a number of pitfalls or issues that could benefit from a structured approach.

The following questionnaire, developed by the ENWHP, aims at measuring the quality of Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) efforts of your organization. The questionnaire is based on the model of the European Foundation for Quality Management. It incorporates both scientific expertise and practical experience in matters of WHP.

The obtained result will give you an indication of your organizations readiness to engage Health Promotion as a significant and integrated tool of managing the human factor in your workplace. The study of the ENWHP has compared data from companies across the board in Europe, conducting several studies on organizational readiness.

The following questionnaire will take you through the major categories to be considered in view of an integrated concept of managing health in the workplace. You can answer all questions by ticking boxes.

27 Questions grouped in 6 main policy areas will estimate the level of success of your current level of readiness in terms of WHP.

This test will take about 5 minutes to complete. No personal data will be stored during this process.
